Log Rewinding
Rewinding coated jumbo films onto high-tensile paper cores at calibrated tension.
Logo Printing
In-house gravure/flexo printing up to 3 colors for custom-branded security tapes.
Precision Slitting
Automatic high-speed rotary slitting into exact millimeter widths (12mm to 72mm+).
QC Inspection
Strict laboratory testing for 180° peel adhesion, tensile strength, elongation, and micron uniformity.
Shrink Packing
Tower pack and flat shrink wrapping in heavy plastic film to prevent moisture contamination.
Dispatch & Logistics
Sturdy corrugated master carton dispatch across domestic GIDC networks and export sea ports.
